Uses:
It is suitable for blowing the plastic film as high density polyethy lene(HDPE),low density polyethylene(LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE).Whick is widely used for packing film and degradation film via making up a prescription.
Chatacteristics:
1.Screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA alloy,and treated by nitrogen.It has an advantage of great thickness,corrosion resistance and enduiance etc.
2.Die head is plated with hardchrome of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging,the blown plastic fim has fine finishing,The blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.The take-up unit adopts lifting of square-frame platform structure,the height of lifting frame can be adjusted automatically according to different technological requirements.
3.Discharging equipment adopts pressiong barking winding equipment&cetral winding equipment,and it adopts torque motor to adjust,has the menits of smooth film,convenience operation.
